For my Matcha people

Matcha! We are all obsessed so I had to come up with my very own twist which is now one if my favorite morning sips!

By combining my saffron cardamom blend with the earthy flavor of matcha, you get a visually stunning and delicious balanced matcha latte.

Matcha lattes are definitely worth the hype!

Recipe:

Matcha powder and hot water

1 oz Saffron Cardamom syrup

1/2 cup Whole milk or plant based milk

1/2 tsp Vanilla

Ice

Method:

Bloom matcha: Whisk matcha powder in hot water until smooth

  1. In a shaker, combine matcha, saffron cardamom syrup, milk, and ice

  2. Pour matcha latte into a glass filled with ice

  3. For cold foam: Froth milk and vanilla, (optional ground cardamom for additional flavoring) until creamy

  4. Slowly pour foam onto matcha

  5. Optional garnish: saffron threads, dried roses
